The open structure of the Light Rail stop allows light to cut through the space, Furthermore, the gap in the subdivided and smoothed wall allows the "light" rail to pass through. The seats and the "Tap on, Tap off" stands are based on the combined axonometrics.

The split in the pathway and bridge highlight how the fragmentation of the architecture reveals the underlying structure beneath.

The formal deconstruction of a simple shape, in this case, a rectangle is fractured to create a butterfly wing shaped bridge, establishing a sense of a weak form.

36 Textures

36 Textures from Light to Dark
As per the previous experiment I have carefully made sure  that all these textures are able to be tile with no "seams"

Week 2

Subdivide and Smooth Task

Axonometric 1
"Rooms are not rooms but experiences" + "A poetic destruction"
= "Poetic destruction of rooms results in different experiences"
Axonometric 2
"Light cuts througthe space" + "Fragmentation of constructed geometry"
= "To allow light to pass through, constructed geometry must be fragmented"
Parallel Projection

"Quirkiness leads to uniquity" + "Fractured architecture and revealed structure"
= "Fracture and reveal of a simple structure leads to its uniquity"
